1994年6月5日《人民日报》刊登,李鹏总理签发国务院令第154号《国务院关于废止1993年底以前发布的部分行政法规的决定》,其中有4件技术监督行政法规被废止。这4件法规是:1979年6月30日国务院批准,同时由国家经委发布的《中华人民共和国优质产品奖励条例》;1979年7月31日国务院发布的《中华人民共和国标准化管理条例》;1984年9月10日国务院发布的《国防计量工作管理条例》以及1987年3月28日国务院批准,同年4月10日由国家经委发布的《国家优质产品评选条例》。(本刊摘编)
On June 5, 1994, “People’s Daily” was published. Premier Li Peng issued Decree No. 154 of the State Council, “Decision of the State Council on Repealing Certain Administrative Regulations and Regulations Issued before the End of 1993.” Among them, four administrative regulations on technical supervision were repealed. These 4 laws and regulations are: Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Quality Products Award approved by the State Council on June 30, 1979 and promulgated by the State Economic Commission; Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Standardization Management promulgated by the State Council on July 31, 1979; 1984 On September 10, the State Council promulgated the Regulations on the Administration of Measurement Work in Defense and the National Quality Products Selection Regulation promulgated by the State Council on March 28, 1987 and released by the State Economic Commission on April 10, the same year.
