目的研究五味子Schizandra chinensis藤茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱和凝胶色谱以及重结晶等方法,从辽宁产五味子藤茎的85%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物。通过理化性质和波谱学分析,鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为五味子丙素(Ⅰ)、五味子乙素(Ⅱ)、戈米辛N(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、五味子醇乙(Ⅴ)、五味子醇甲(Ⅵ)、黑五味子酸(nigranoic acid,Ⅶ)、南五味子酸(Ⅷ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅸ)、α- L-正丁基山梨糖苷(Ⅹ)及胡萝卜苷(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅹ为首次从五味子科中分得,化合物Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ~Ⅸ和Ⅺ为首次从五味子藤茎中分得。
Aim To study the chemical composition of Schizandra chinensis cane. Methods Eleven compounds were isolated from the 85% ethanol extract of Schisandra chinensis cv. Liaoning produced by silica gel column, gel chromatography and recrystallization. Its chemical structure was identified by its physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as Schisandra (Ⅰ), Schizandrin B (Ⅱ), Gomisin N (Ⅲ), β-sitosterol (Ⅳ) (Ⅵ), nigrannic acid (Ⅶ), chitosan (Ⅷ), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (Ⅸ), α-L- . Conclusion Compound Ⅹ was isolated from Schisandrae for the first time. Compounds Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅶ ~ Ⅸ and Ⅺ were isolated from Schisandra chinensis for the first time.
