目的总结原发性胆囊癌的常见误诊原因,探讨有效的预防措施。方法对我院1998年1月至2008年1月术中发现的16例胆囊癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果16例患者术前均误诊,经术中病理证实为胆囊癌,行单纯胆囊切除术2例,胆囊癌根治术12例,胆囊姑息切除加肝总管切开“T”管引流术2例。结论临床医师应熟悉胆囊癌的临床特点,提高对胆囊癌的诊断意识和能力,减少对胆囊癌的误诊。
Objective To summarize the common causes of misdiagnosis of primary gallbladder cancer and to explore effective preventive measures. Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with gallbladder carcinoma found in our hospital from January 1998 to January 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 16 patients were misdiagnosed preoperatively, confirmed by intraoperative pathology gallbladder cancer, simple cholecystectomy in 2 cases, radical resection of gallbladder in 12 cases, gallbladder palliative resection plus hepatic duct resection “T ” tube drainage 2 example. Conclusion Clinicians should be familiar with the clinical features of gallbladder cancer, improve the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer awareness and ability to reduce the misdiagnosis of gallbladder cancer.
