本文提出了一种用汞冷原子吸收光度法间接测定水中微量碘化物的新方法。通过实验找出了影响测定的时间、还原剂用量、酸度等因素的最佳条件。方法灵敏、快速、重现性良好。碘化物的浓度在0—32pp~b范围内遵守比耳定律。灵敏度为2pp~b,比常用的碘量比色法提高十倍。标准加入法的回收率达96—112%,一个合成水样八次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为7.7%。本法可在半小时内完成10个水样中碘化物的测定。许多常见的阳离子和阴离子不干扰测定。S~(2-)、CN~-、Ag~+有明显干扰。试样稍混浊和有色不影响本法的使用。本法扩大了测汞仪的应用范围。
This paper presents a new method for the indirect determination of trace iodide in water by mercury cold atomic absorption spectrometry. Through experiments, we found out the optimum conditions that affect the determination of the time, the amount of reducing agent, acidity and other factors. The method is sensitive, fast and reproducible. The concentration of iodide obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0-32 pp ~ b. Sensitivity of 2pp ~ b, than the usual iodometric colorimetric method to improve tenfold. The standard addition method recovery rate of 96-112%, a synthetic water sample eight parallel determination of the relative standard deviation of 7.7%. This method can be completed within half an hour iodide determination of 10 water samples. Many common cations and anions do not interfere with the assay. S ~ (2 -), CN ~ -, Ag ~ + have obvious interference. The sample is slightly turbid and colored does not affect the use of this law. This Law expands the scope of mercury analyzer application.
