苏府[2015]64号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:为贯彻国家能源发展战略,促进光伏企业科技进步,推动光伏发电应用,根据国家、省促进光伏产业持续健康发展的有关政策,结合苏州实际,现提出以下意见:一、发展目标到2016年末,全市光伏产业年产值突破500亿元,光伏发电装机容量力争超过300MW。
