10几年前,许多中国企业将日本企业奉为圭臬,以能学习其几分为荣耀,日本企业精细化的管理,成本控制能力,多层流程控制,技术创新能力是中国企业努力学习的方向,例如目前仍然占据优势的日本平板电视制造业仍然继承着这样的传统在中国市场收获利润。然而,当精细到极端成为小气,控制到极端成为心胸狭窄,流程审批到极端成为多疑不信任,维护传统不思变化则成为僵化,这些问题的凸显使得日本企业的一支——日系手机从中国市场花魁沉沦到不得不退出中国市场的结局。从其中我们不仅看到日本企业在市场中的兴衰,也同时看到中国企业的希望,击退日系手机的主要原因固然是其自身问题居多,但是竞争对手的阻隔也不能不被注意,而其中中国手机的崛起也是原因之一。
