运动会产生肌肉酸痛,使人感觉疲劳。而疲劳是一种机体的整体机能水平或工作效率低下的生理现象,运动后的疲劳不及时得到恢复而不断累积,会导致疲劳过度而影响人体健康。因此,运动后的按摩放松,能促进大脑皮层兴奋与抑制的转换,因疲劳引起的神经调节紊乱消失。可促进血液循环,加强局部血液供应,消除肌肉疲劳,提高机体整体机能水平和工作效率。本文运用实验方法对按摩能促进运动后肌肉功能恢复的效果进行分析,为在运动训练和学校体育中实施运动按摩提供理论依据。
Exercise produces muscle soreness that makes people feel tired. And fatigue is a kind of physiological phenomenon that the overall function level or work efficiency of the body is low. After the exercise, the fatigue is not recovered in time and keeps accumulating, which can lead to fatigue and affect human health. Therefore, post-exercise massage to relax, can promote the excitability of the cerebral cortex and inhibition of conversion, due to fatigue-induced neuromodulation disorder disappears. Can promote blood circulation, strengthen local blood supply, eliminate muscle fatigue and improve the overall performance level and efficiency of the body. This article uses experimental methods to analyze the effect of massage on the recovery of muscle function after exercise, providing a theoretical basis for exercise massage in sports training and school sports.
