职业教育在我国起步较晚,同时由于传统教育理念的影响,职业教育在我国的发展形势不容乐观。现阶段,在职业教育的发展过程中,行动导向教学策略与方法的引入对于改善职业教育发展的困境和提升学生的竞争力具有重要的现实意义。行动导向教学策略与方法有助于打破传统的教育思维与理念,可以有效增强职业教育的针对性,对学生思维方式的构建是十分有益的。从行动导向教学法对于职业教育教学的价值以及应用策略的角度出发进行阐述,期望为职业教育的系统化发展提供一些借鉴。
Vocational education started relatively late in our country. At the same time, due to the influence of traditional education concept, the development of vocational education in our country is not optimistic. At this stage, in the process of the development of vocational education, the introduction of action-oriented teaching strategies and methods has important practical significance for improving the predicament of the development of vocational education and enhancing the competitiveness of students. Action-oriented teaching strategies and methods help to break the traditional educational thinking and concepts, which can effectively enhance the pertinence of vocational education and be very beneficial to the construction of students’ thinking modes. From the perspective of action-oriented pedagogy to the value of vocational education and teaching strategies and application strategies, this article hopes to provide some reference for the systematic development of vocational education.
