产科部分Hon(美国)回顾了胎儿监护的历史与现状,指出最初为连续测定胎心率(FHR)采用系于产妇腹部的传声器,但信号与杂音特别在分娩时往往是一个问题,监护效果差.现代电子技术使FHR监护得到发展,从产妇腹部电极取得FHR资料及胎儿心电图(FECG)记录,发展到采用胎儿头皮电极(内监护)进行FECG测定,提供了高质量电信号的监护效果.目前胎儿电子监护以及微量血测定技术(胎儿头皮血pH测定)
