社会治理正在经历以公共管理为导向的变革,公共性的构建是变革的主题。国家档案馆是社会治理的组成部分,社会治理的变革也在推动国家档案馆的变革,因而,在公共管理背景之下,公共性的构建也成为国家档案馆变革的主题。
Social governance is experiencing changes guided by public management. The construction of publicity is the theme of change. National Archives is an integral part of social governance. The reform of social governance is also promoting the reform of national archives. Therefore, under the background of public administration, the construction of public nature has also become the theme of the reform of national archives.
