1988年,我国国民经济在深化改革、加快对外开放中发展,经济实力进一步增强,对外经济交流扩大,教育、科技、文化、卫生事业有了新的发展.初步计算,全年国民生产总值13853亿元,比上年增长11.2%;国民收入11533亿元,比上年增长11.4%.国民经济发展中的主要问题是:社会需求过旺,供求总量矛盾和结构性矛盾加剧,物价上涨过猛,出现了明显的通货膨胀.进入第四季度,各地区、各部门在贯彻执行治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序方针中,做了不少工作,初步获得一些成果.
