Project Overview “First City ” is located in the golden belt of the junction of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei - Hebei Xianghe Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is based on the tenet of “Culture City, Convention and Exhibition City, Food City, Entertainment City, Cultural Relics City and Everbright City”, following the pattern of the urban metropolis of Beijing in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The ratio of 1: 1 reconstructs the urban landscape of old Beijing.
