2017年5月,埃及议会通过新《投资法》。新《投资法》70%的内容涉及行政管理,主要是简化审批程序,缩短审批时间等;另外,还有5%的内容涉及不同地区的投资优惠政策为何需要一个新《投资法》?目前埃及遇到了许多挑战——与欧洲和部分亚洲国家的情况类似,埃及也正面临着恐怖主义浪潮,以及由此引发的能源和加强安全等重大问题。恐怖主义造成了外汇储备的减少、贸易赤字的大幅增加和旅游收入的下降。
In May 2017, the Egyptian Parliament passed the new Investment Law. 70% of the new Investment Law covers administration, mainly simplifying the examination and approval procedures and shortening the time for approval. In addition, there are 5% of the total investment preferential policies in different regions. Why does it require a new Investment Law? Currently, Egypt Many challenges have been encountered - similar to the situation in Europe and parts of Asia, Egypt is also facing a wave of terrorism and the resulting major problems of energy and security. Terrorism has caused a reduction in foreign exchange reserves, a substantial increase in the trade deficit and a decline in tourism revenue.
