以TRIP钢作为研究对象,进行热机械控制工艺(TMCP)试验,研究不同终轧变形量和终轧温度下,TRIP钢显微组织和力学性能的变化。结果表明,当终轧变形量为50%,终轧温度为700℃时,TRIP钢的力学性能达到最好的状态。
With TRIP steel as the research object, TMCP test was carried out to study the microstructure and mechanical properties of TRIP steel under different final rolling deformation and finishing temperature. The results show that the mechanical properties of TRIP steel reach its best when the final rolling deformation is 50% and the finishing temperature is 700 ℃.
