新课程改革涉及基础教育的方方面面,其立意在于建立一种新的课程文化。相对于我国在特定时期的文化环境里所形成的应试教育,新课程的主旨乃在于造就新世纪的创新人才。如果基础教育不能有效地培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,那不仅是新课程的失败,而且教育会成为我国经济可持续发展的障碍。
The new curriculum reform involves all aspects of basic education, its purpose is to establish a new curriculum culture. Compared with the exam-oriented education formed in the cultural environment of a specific period in our country, the essence of the new curriculum lies in creating innovative talents in the new century. If the basic education can not effectively cultivate the students' innovative spirit and practical ability, it is not only the failure of the new curriculum, but also education will become an obstacle to the sustainable development of our economy.
