在煤矿开采中,“一通三防”是安全管理中的重要内容。以山西某煤矿的“一通三防”管理经验为例,介绍了煤矿做好“一通三防”工作的对策。在技术方面,一是加强局部通风和瓦斯管理;二是落实防火措施,消除火灾隐患;三是降低粉尘浓度,优化作业环境;四是升级改造监测监控系统,保证监控有效。在管理方面,首先要建立并完善安全管理制度,其次要加大硬件设施的投入。
In coal mining, “one through three ” is an important part of safety management. Taking a coal mine in Shanxi province as an example, this paper introduces the countermeasures of doing a good job of “one pass, three preventions” in coal mines. On the technical side, one is to strengthen local ventilation and gas management; the other is to implement fire prevention measures to eliminate fire hazards; the third is to reduce the dust concentration and optimize the operating environment; the fourth is to upgrade the monitoring monitoring system to ensure effective monitoring. In management, we must first establish and improve the safety management system, followed by increased investment in hardware facilities.
