随着医疗技术水平的不断提高,各种不耐高温、高湿的精密仪器和设备逐步推广应用,过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术以其低温、快速、环保、无毒、干燥等优势越来越多地被运用于医疗机构。由于该低温灭菌技术应用时间不长,其灭菌特点和监测方法等方面的系统研究较少,本文就过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌特点及其定量控制作简要介绍。
