1临床资料患者男,13岁。躯干四肢灰青色皮疹13年就诊。患者出生后发现左侧面部、躯干、四肢灰青色斑片,伴右面颈部、双耳、四肢红斑,压之褪色。13年间渐消退变浅,发育正常。近年发现左面部淡白色斑。无家族史,父母非近亲结婚。查体:心肺腹查体未见异常。皮肤科情况:躯干、右小腿灰青色斑片,境界不清,呈蒙古斑样表现(图1);左颧部、左鼻旁点状青灰色斑,左额部融合成片,呈太田痣样表现;左面部岛屿状色素减退,摩擦后不发红,呈贫血痣样表现(图2a);右面部、双上肢、双下肢纤
