Objective To observe the effects of hydroxylamine nitrate on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) Effect and dose of exposure. Methods Three different doses of hydroxylamine nitrate (50, 75, 100 mg / kg) and saline control group were given. The blood was taken 24 h after intraperitoneal injection of the drug. The activities of SOD and the contents of MDA, TNF-a and IL-6 in serum were measured. Results The content of MDA in serum of rats increased with the increase of the dose of hydroxylamine nitrate. Compared with the solvent control group, the content of MDA in the groups of 50, 75 and 100 mg / kg increased, with statistical significance (P <0.01, P <0.05). Compared with the solvent control group, the activity of SOD decreased with the increase of the dose of hydroxylamine nitrate. Compared with the solvent control group, the content of 75,100 mg / kg dose group had a significant difference (P <0.01) / kg dose group decreased, but the difference was not significant. Compared with the solvent group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the content of IL-6 in the 100 mg / kg dose group was increased, but the difference was not significant. Conclusions Intraperitoneal injection of hydroxylamine nitrate can induce the increase of lipid peroxidation and the decrease of antioxidant enzyme in serum of rats, but it has no obvious effect on cytokines. Considering the damage of hydroxylamine hydrochloride to the body, makes an important impact.
