目的全面了解辽宁省精神卫生专科医院现状。方法采用自制调查表对全省44所精神卫生专科医院现状进行调查。结果全省除了盘锦市,其他市均设立精神卫生专科医院,沈阳8所,大连6所。总病床10 541张,床位密度为2.5张/万人,高于全国平均水平,病床使用率平均为94%,精神卫生服务人员6 425人,医生1 483人(23.1%),0.35名/万人,护士2541人(39.5%),0.6名/万人。总门诊量为1 870.2人次/d。结论政府应加大对精神卫生专科医院投入,进行合理布局,规范管理,提高人员素质,满足日益增长的精神卫生服务需求。
Objective To comprehensively understand the status quo of mental health specialty hospitals in Liaoning Province. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the status quo of 44 mental health hospitals across the province. Results The province except Panjin City, other cities have set up mental health specialist hospitals, Shenyang 8, Dalian 6. The total number of beds was 10,541 and the density of beds was 2.5 per 10,000, which was higher than the national average. The average utilization rate of beds was 94%, that of mental health workers was 6,425, that of doctors was 1 483 (23.1%), and that of 0.35 per thousand 2541 people (39.5%) were nurses, 0.6 persons / million people. The total outpatient volume was 1,870.2 person-trips / d. Conclusion The government should increase investment in mental health hospitals, rational distribution, standardize management, improve the quality of personnel, to meet the growing demand for mental health services.
