目的 :回顾性分析冠状动脉狭窄、病变位置及介入治疗对QTd及QTcd的影响。方法 :16 7例已行冠脉造影术且心电图及临床资料完整的病例 ,按如下进行分组 :(1)按病变狭窄程度分为 :①无狭窄组 ,冠脉造影示病变狭窄 <5 0 % ,33例 ;②轻度狭窄组 ,冠脉造影示病变狭窄≥ 5 0 %且 <70 % ,5 7例 ;③重度狭窄组 ,冠脉造影示病变狭窄≥ 70 % ,77例。 (2 )根据病变位置分为 :①前降支组 ,4 9例 ;②回旋支组 ,38例 ;③右冠脉组 ,4 7例。 (3)根据介入治疗分为 :①术前组 ,10 3例 ;②术后组 ,10 3例 ;③非介入治疗组 ,6 4例。观察冠状动脉狭窄程度、病变位置及介入治疗对QTd及QTcd的影响。结果 :冠脉狭窄≥ 70 %对QTd及QTcd影响明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而冠脉狭窄 <70 %对QTd及QTcd无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;冠脉病变所处位置对QTd及QTcd无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;介入治疗前后QTd及QTcd变化明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,介入治疗术后与无狭窄组相比 ,QTd及QTcd无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :冠脉病变位置对QTd及QTcd无影响 ,病变狭窄程度及介入治疗对QTd及QTcd影响明显
OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the effects of coronary stenosis, location of lesions and interventional therapy on QTd and QTcd. Methods: Totally 16 7 cases with coronary angiography and complete electrocardiogram and clinical data were divided into the following groups: (1) According to the degree of stenosis, ① without stenosis, coronary stenosis was less than 50% , 33 cases; ②Slight stenosis group, coronary angiography showed stenosis≥50% and <70%, 57 cases; ③ severe stenosis group, coronary angiography showed stenosis ≥70%, 77 cases. (2) According to the location of the lesion, it is divided into: ① anterior descending branch group, 49 cases; ② circumflexional branch group, 38 cases; ③ right coronary artery group, 47 cases. (3) According to the interventional treatment, the patients were divided into: ① preoperative group, 103 cases; ② postoperative group, 103 cases; ③non-interventional treatment group, 64 cases. To observe the degree of coronary artery stenosis, pathological location and interventional treatment on QTd and QTcd. Results: Coronary stenosis≥70% had a significant effect on QTd and QTcd (P <0.05), while coronary stenosis <70% had no significant effect on QTd and QTcd (P> 0.05) QTd and QTcd had no significant effect (P> 0.05); QTd and QTcd changed significantly before and after interventional treatment (P <0.05). Compared with no stenosis group, QTd and QTcd had no significant difference after PCI Significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The location of coronary artery lesion has no effect on QTd and QTcd, the degree of stenosis and interventional treatment have obvious effect on QTd and QTcd
