基于技术接受模型和网络外部性理论,以高校学生为研究对象,建立了用户接受图书馆移动服务的影响因素模型。运用问卷调查方法,通过SPSS17.0和AMOS软件对提出的模型加以验证,得出感知的有用性、感知的易用性、感知的价值、网络外部性和感知的乐趣与使用行为之间为正相关,感知的成本与使用行为之间为负相关,感知的易用性正向影响感知的有用性,网络外部性对感知的有用性和感知的易用性有正向影响作用。
Based on the theory of technology acceptance and the theory of network externality, this paper establishes a model of the factors that affect users’ acceptance of library mobile services based on college students. Using the questionnaire survey method, the proposed model was validated by SPSS17.0 and AMOS software, and the usefulness of perceived, perceived ease of use, perceived value, network externality and perceived pleasure and behavior were positive Relevance, perceived cost and usage behavior are negatively correlated, perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness, and network externality has a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.
