豌豆种子发育过程中,核酸、蛋白质含量都随开花后日数增加而增加;其中豌豆开花21d后单粒RNA含量下降,24d后DNA含量下降,15d后开始累积豌豆球蛋白,18d后累积豆球蛋白,21d后累积伴豌豆球蛋白,27d后种子中各种蛋白质组分累积量都达最大值。 During pea seed development, the contents of nucleic acid and protein all increased with the increase of days after flowering. The content of single RNA in pea decreased 21 days after flowering, DNA content decreased 24 days later, and accumulated pea globulin after 15 days, , Followed by the accumulation of vicia globulin after 21d, and the accumulation of various protein components in seeds reached the maximum after 27d.
