国产HB_1-0.5型携带式布氏硬度计主要用于测定大型和复杂工件的硬度,具有携带方便、操作灵活等特点。但是,在操作时由于不易握正,难以使硬度计的轴线垂直于试件的表面,造成试验误差加大。我们设计、制造了导向器(图1)和V型座(图2)两个配件,这两个配件装在原硬度计上的情况见图3。图3中,(a)是原硬度计的结构图;(b)是装上导向器的照片,主要用于测定平面零件的硬度;(c)是装上两个配件的照片,用于测定圆形或内圆弧面零件的硬度。硬度计经改进后,不仅硬度计轴线与试件保持垂直,显著地减少了硬度试验误差,而且操作方便,试验结果稳定可靠。为大型工件的验收提供了依据。
Domestic HB_1-0.5 Portable Brinell hardness tester is mainly used to determine the hardness of large and complex parts, with easy to carry, flexible operation and so on. However, it is difficult to make the axis of the durometer perpendicular to the surface of the test piece because of difficulty in gripping during operation, resulting in increased test error. We designed and manufactured two parts, the guide (Figure 1) and the V-seat (Figure 2), which are attached to the original durometer (see Figure 3). Figure 3, (a) is the original structure of the durometer; (b) is mounted on the guide photos, mainly for the determination of the hardness of planar parts; (c) is a picture of the two accessories installed for the determination Hardness of circular or inner arc surfaces. After the improvement of the hardness tester, not only the axis of the durometer is kept perpendicular to the specimen, the hardness test error is obviously reduced, but also the operation is convenient and the test result is stable and reliable.
