为提高KR铁水机械搅拌过程石灰的利用率、减少脱硫剂的中心团聚现象,采用物理模拟和数值模拟对不同挡板数量下反应器内流动行为进行了研究。结果表明,罐体内部设置挡板能够抑制中心漩涡的形成,降低液面上升高度并改变流体的水平切向运动;采用2块挡板能够有效地减少中心脱硫剂的聚集,反应器内下方卷入的粒子数目与传统相比增加到10倍以上,同时能够保证铁水内部较大的流速和湍动能,脱硫动力学条件良好。
In order to improve the lime utilization rate and reduce the agglomeration of desulfurizer, the physical and numerical simulation of the flow behavior of reactor with different baffle numbers was carried out. The results show that the baffle inside the tank can restrain the formation of central vortex, reduce the height of the liquid surface and change the horizontal tangential movement of the fluid. The use of two baffles can effectively reduce the aggregation of the central desulfurizer, the lower volume of the reactor The number of particles into the traditional compared to 10 times more than the same time, to ensure that the larger internal flow of molten iron and turbulent kinetic energy, desulfurization kinetics in good condition.
