目的检测血浆中CD31~+/CD42b~-、CD144~+内皮微粒水平,探讨其与颈动脉内膜中层厚度及动脉粥样硬化危险因素间的关系。方法选取我院心内科门诊及住院患者122例,行颈动脉超声检查,根据超声结果分为增厚组(62例)和对照组(60例);采用流式细胞仪检测2组患者血浆中CD31~+/CD42b~-、CD144~+内皮微粒水平,分析其与颈动脉内膜中层厚度、动脉粥样硬化危险因素的相关性。结果与对照组比较,增厚组CD31~+/CD42b~-、CD144~+内皮微粒水平明显升高;血浆中CD31~+/CD42b~-、CD144~+内皮微粒水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度呈正相关;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,CD31~+/CD42b~-内皮微粒水平与年龄、TC和Cys C呈正相关;血浆CD144~+内皮微粒水平与UA和BMI呈正相关。结论血浆中的CD31~+/CD42b~-、CD144~+内皮微粒水平与颈动脉内膜厚度相关,对心血管疾病的早期预防具有指导意义。
Objective To detect the levels of CD31 ~ + / CD42b ~ - and CD144 ~ + in human plasma and to explore its relationship with carotid artery intima-media thickness and risk factors of atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 122 outpatients and inpatients with cardiology in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Carotid ultrasonography was performed and divided into thickening group (62 cases) and control group (60 cases) according to the results of ultrasound. Flow cytometry CD31 ~ + / CD42b ~ - and CD144 ~ + endothelial cells were measured and their correlations with carotid intima-media thickness and risk factors of atherosclerosis were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of CD31 ~ + / CD42b ~ - and CD144 ~ + endothelial cells in thickened group were significantly increased. The levels of CD31 ~ + / CD42b ~ - and CD144 ~ + in plasma and the carotid intima-media thickness The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the level of CD31 ~ + / CD42b ~ - endothelium was positively correlated with age, TC and Cys C; the level of CD144 ~ + in plasma was positively correlated with UA and BMI. Conclusions The levels of CD31 ~ + / CD42b ~ - and CD144 ~ + in plasma are correlated with carotid intima-media thickness, which has guiding significance for the early prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
