目的构建基于能力建设的医院现代化评价框架。方法依据医院可持续发展理论和能力型医院发展机制研究成果,兼顾医院建设程度水平和内在发展动力,从水平和垂直两个维度构建医院现代化评价体系。结果构建多维度、多层次、多指标的医院现代化评价体系框架。结论医院现代化评价体系可以从不同维度和层次上对医院建设发展做出评价,反映医院现代化建设的水平和内在动力机制,从而更好地指导医院现代化建设。
Objective To build a hospital modernization evaluation framework based on capacity building. Methods Based on the hospital sustainable development theory and the research results of the capacity-based hospital development mechanism, taking into account both the level of hospital construction and the internal development impetus, a hospital modernization evaluation system was constructed from two dimensions: horizontal and vertical. Results The multi-dimensional, multi-level, multi-index hospital modernization evaluation system framework was constructed. Conclusion The hospital modernization evaluation system can evaluate the construction and development of the hospital from different dimensions and levels, reflecting the level of hospital modernization and the internal dynamic mechanism, so as to better guide the modernization of the hospital.
