目的探索氩离子(Ar+)激光凝堵人类输精管的作用机制,观察临床应用效果。方法62名成年已婚且有2~3个子女的健康男性志愿者为研究对象,采用Ar+激光照射的方法进行输精管凝堵。对前4例受试对象切开阴囊皮肤,直视下进行激光照射,其余58例受试对象经皮穿刺进行体内照射。通过精液化验,观察精子减少速度及消失时间。结果60例受试对象被照射6个月后精子数减为0,2例因照射剂量不足而失败。结论Ar+激光是用于输精管凝堵的较为理想的光源之一,能较好地凝堵输精管且基本无并发症和后遗症。
Objective To explore the mechanism of argon ion (Ar +) laser coagulation of human vas deferens and to observe the clinical effect. Methods Sixty-two healthy male volunteers with adult and 2-3 children were enrolled in this study. The vas deferens was occluded by Ar + laser irradiation. The first 4 subjects underwent scrotal skin incision and laser irradiation under direct vision. The remaining 58 subjects were subjected to percutaneous puncture for in vivo irradiation. Through the semen test, observe the speed of sperm reduction and disappearance time. Results 60 subjects were irradiated 6 months after the sperm count to 0, 2 cases due to insufficient irradiation dose failed. Conclusion Ar + laser is one of the more ideal light sources for vasectomy. It can coagulate the vas deferens and has almost no complications and sequelae.
