有关脯氨酸积累与低温之间的关系,国外已有一些研究,国内亦有这方面的报导。尽管现在还不能以脯氨酸含量作为抗寒的生理学指标,但已有不少报导认为,脯氨酸在低温下的积累与植物抗寒能力有一致性。本项试验目的就是采用分期播种方法,人为提早或后移发育期,在大范围自然冷袭条件下,探讨脯氨酸含量与温度和发育期的关系,玉米在低温条件下免受伤害的温度界限或阈温值。为适时早播稳产高产提供理论依据。
