为适应中型载重汽车车箱生产逐年增长的形势,为进一步提高车箱的产品质量、降低材料消耗和生产成本,有必要研究采用新的车箱用材,同时改进产品结构和生产工艺。在考虑采用新材料、改进产品结构和生产工艺时,必须考虑新材料供货批量的多少,以及两种不同结构车箱底板的生产过渡方式,即采取轮番生产方式还是采取逐步过渡的方式。为此,现对采用宽竹胶板制作车箱底板的设计结构和生产工艺作如下综合技术经济分析。
