应用电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱技术检测肺癌、肺结核、肺其他良性病变共332例的人发自由基饱和功率(SP)特性,并与1000例正常人比较。结果:肺癌、肺结核与正常人的ESR-SP值中位数分别为1.621,2.467,2.496mw。95%下限分别为1.030,1.416,1.720mw。肺癌与肺结核和正常人ESR-SP值差异有显著性(P<0.05),提示人发ESR-SP检测可作为肺良恶病变判别的一项参考指标。
Electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy was used to detect the free radical saturation power (SP) characteristics of 332 cases of lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis, and other benign lung diseases, and compared with 1000 normal people. Results: The median ESR-SP values of lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis and normal persons were 1.621, 2.467 and 2.496 mw, respectively. The lower limits of 95% were 1.030, 1.416, and 1.720 mw, respectively. The difference of ESR-SP value between lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis and normal people was significant (P<0.05), suggesting that the detection of human ESR-SP can be used as a reference indicator for judging pulmonary benign diseases.
