液压装置在矿山机械中应用广泛,一般来说,液压系统的工作是可靠的,但在使用过程中,由于维护不好也会出现一些故障。由于各种元件和辅助装置机构及油液大都封闭在壳体和管道内,不能直观了解其工作状况,因此这些故障具有明显的隐蔽性,所以在故障诊断与处理的时候难度就较大。本研究结合了笔者多年的矿山生产管理经验,对液压系统所存在的故障类型进行了分析,然后分析了产生这些故障的原因,最后给出了一些有效诊断故障的具体措施和方法。
Hydraulic equipment is widely used in mining machinery, in general, the work of the hydraulic system is reliable, but in the course of use, due to poor maintenance there will be some failure. Due to the various components and auxiliary devices and oil and liquid are mostly enclosed in the shell and pipelines, can not intuitively understand the working conditions, so these faults have obvious hidden, so the fault diagnosis and processing time is more difficult. This study combines the author’s many years of experience in mine production management, analyzes the types of faults existing in the hydraulic system, then analyzes the causes of these faults, and finally gives some concrete measures and methods to effectively diagnose faults.
