本文用X射线衍射和差热分析等方法测定了B<48at%的Pr-Fe-B三元系室温截面图、Pr-Fe二元系相图、Pr-Fe-B三元系6at%B(Pr<60at%)的垂直截面图和与永磁相Pr_2Fe_(14)B相关的若干赝二元系Fe-Pr_2Fe_(14)B-Pr,Pr_2Fe_(17)-Pr_2Fe_(14)B-Pr_2Fe_7B_6,Fe-Pr_2Fe_7B_6的垂直截面图.永磁相Pr_2Fe_(14)B是包晶反应L+γ-Fe?Pr_2Fe_(14)B的产物,包晶温度在1,145℃,相应的液相线温度约为1,298℃.Pr_2Fe_(14)B与Pr,Pr_2Fe_(17),Pr_2Fe_7B_6形成共晶反应,其共晶温度分别为676℃,1,085℃和1,100℃.
In this paper, X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis methods such as B <48at% Pr-Fe-B ternary room temperature section, Pr-Fe binary system phase diagram, Pr-Fe-B ternary system 6at% B (14) B-Pr, Pr_2Fe_ (17) -Pr_2Fe_ (14) B-Pr_2Fe_7B_6, and Pr_2Fe_ (14) B, which are related to the permanent magnet phase Pr_2Fe_ (14) Fe-Pr_2Fe_7B_6. The permanent magnet phase Pr_2Fe_ (14) B is the product of the peritectic reaction of L + γ-Fe-Pr_2Fe_ (14) B with a peritectic temperature of 1,145 ℃ and a corresponding liquidus temperature of 1,298 ℃ .Pr_2Fe_ (14) B forms a eutectic reaction with Pr, Pr_2Fe_ (17) and Pr_2Fe_7B_6 with eutectic temperatures of 676 ℃, 1,085 ℃ and 1,100 ℃, respectively.
