硝苯乙吡啶(Nitrendipine尼群地平)是一种抗高血压新药,属于钙拮抗剂。国外已开始引用于临床,国内尚无报告,现将我们用石家庄市新华制药厂生产的该药治疗高血压病的临床观察报告于下: 一般资料共观察高血压病人40例。男20例,女20例,年龄30～66岁。根据1979年标准,临界高血压7例;高血压Ⅰ期13例;Ⅱ期6例;Ⅲ期14例。13例于治疗开始的第1周住院观察,其余为门诊观察,全部观察4周。

According to the 1979 standard, 7 cases of critical hypertension; hypertension in 13 cases of stage I; 6 cases of stage II; 14 cases of stage III. Thirteen patients were hospitalized in the first week of treatment, the rest were outpatient observation, all observed for 4 weeks.
