以青岛汽轮机厂12MW双抽式汽轮机为例,介绍了一种先进可靠的汽轮机监测与模糊控制系统。本系统具有操作方便、稳定可靠等特点。监测系统具有良好的人机界面和强大的数据处理功能。模糊控制系统采用MOORE表(MYCRO352单回路数字式控制器),通过组态软件完成了对蒸汽母管压力的模糊控制,具有良好的鲁棒性,成功地解决了常规PID控制对于复杂多变、非线性、大延迟系统控制效果不佳、超调严重的问题
