国家“九五”重点工程之一,也是中国和加拿大合作的最大贸易项目——秦山核电三期工程2×728兆瓦重水堆核电站全面建成投产了!我们特向中加双方广大科技工作者、核电建设者表示诚挚的祝贺和问候! 事实表明,秦山核电三期工程取得了巨大成功,而且实现了多项技术突破,创造了多项施工记录。在安全壳筒体滑模施工、排管容器燃料通道组装、主管道及下部给水管安装、排管容器试压、安全壳泄漏率试验等方面,都创造了国际同类重水堆核电站建造史上的新记录。该工程1、2号机组,分别比中加主合同规定的进度提前43天和112天,于2002年12月31日和2003年7月24日正式投入商业运行。 It is also one of the key projects of the Ninth Five-year Plan and the largest trade project of cooperation between China and Canada - the 2 × 728 MW Reheater Nuclear Power Station of the Qinshan Phase Ⅲ NPP has been fully completed and put into production.
