作为高等教育重要组成部分的高职教育,承担着为国家培养高技能型人才的任务,其人才培养模式完全不同于普通高等教育。为全面实现职业教育的目标,高职人才的培养必须走出“制器”时代。应积极倡导校企合作的办学模式;倡导工学结合的教学模式;倡导以就业为导向的管理模式。
As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education undertakes the task of cultivating highly skilled talents for the country. Its talent cultivation mode is completely different from that of general higher education. In order to achieve the goal of vocational education in an all-round way, the cultivation of higher vocational talents must go out of the age of “system”. Should actively promote school-enterprise cooperation mode of education; advocate the combination of teaching and learning model; advocate employment-oriented management.
