目的确定胆结石患者血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP),PYY,胆囊收缩素(CCK)及前列腺素(PG)的水平,以探讨上述内分泌激素改变与胆石症的关系及临床意义。方法用放射免疫法测定了32例胆石症患者(男9例,女23例),并以32例献血员作对照,并对其中28例胆石症患者检测了术后血清(CCK)水平。结果与对照组比较,胆石症患者血清PYY(0.89±0.44对1.19±0.48pmol/L,P<0.05)和 CCK(31.23±2.21对44.12±9.66pmol/L,P<0.01)明显升高,血清 CGRP,PG 无明显变化。其中28例胆石症患者术后血靖 CCK 水平(38.33±8.1pmol/L,P<0.05)明显降低。结论内分泌激素的改变与胆石形成有关,测定血清 PYY 及 CCK 水平对胆石症的诊断有一定参考价值。
Objective To determine the serum level of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), PYY, cholecystokinin (CCK) and prostaglandin (PG) in patients with gallstone to explore the relationship between the above endocrine hormones and cholelithiasis and its clinical significance. Methods Twenty-two patients with cholelithiasis (9 males and 23 females) were determined by radioimmunoassay. 32 blood donors were used as controls. Serum levels of CCK were measured in 28 patients with cholelithiasis. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum PYY (0.89 ± 0.44 vs. 1.19 ± 0.48 pmol / L, P <0.05) and CCK (31.23 ± 2.21 vs. 44.12 ± 9.66 pmol / L, P <0.01) CGRP, PG no significant change. The blood level of CCK (28.33 ± 8.1pmol / L, P <0.05) was significantly decreased in 28 patients with cholelithiasis. Conclusion The changes of endocrine hormones are related to the formation of gallstone. The determination of serum PYY and CCK levels has some reference value for the diagnosis of cholelithiasis.
