在土工合成材料加筋土工程中加筋材料的合理设置对充分发挥筋材的作用至关重要。通过4组离心模型试验,研究了桩承式加筋路堤垫层中土工格栅两边端部反包设置的使用效果,包括对路堤稳定性、桩土荷载分担等的影响。结果表明:①加筋材料反包设置相当于将筋材锚固于路堤中,可充分发挥筋材的加筋作用,与加筋不反包相比,测得路肩下方格栅承受的拉力较大,而路堤中心处格栅受力相对较小;②加筋反包设置可提高桩土应力比,促使荷载向桩体转移;③加筋反包可降低路堤表面总沉降及不均匀沉降,减小地基土的侧向位移,提高路堤地基整体性和稳定性;④加筋材料的力学性质对加筋受力、桩土荷载分担和路堤变形存在较大影响,延伸率低、拉伸模量高的加筋材料更能发挥加筋膜效应。
