微信协商的途径包括政务微信、个人微信,它具有便捷性、平等性、针对性、强关系性和群体年轻化等特征。微信协商为协商民主提供了新途径,扩大了协商民主的参与群体,有利于提高协商民主的质量。但微信协商也存在非理性舆论、普及程度在年龄和地域方面不平衡、在实施过程中流于形式等问题。推进微信协商的健康发展,须加强对微信协商的宣传、打造特色的微信平台、提高协商主体素质、加强运营管理、制定和完善相关法律法规。
WeChat consultation channels include the government WeChat, personal WeChat, it has the characteristics of convenience, equality, pertinence, strong relationship and group rejuvenation. WeChat negotiation provides a new way for deliberative democracy, expands the participation groups for deliberative democracy, and helps to improve the quality of deliberative democracy. However, WeChat consultation also has irrational public opinion, the degree of popularization is unbalanced in terms of age and geographical area, and problems such as formality are encountered in the implementation process. To promote the healthy development of WeChat consultation, we must step up publicity of WeChat consultation, build a unique WeChat platform, enhance the quality of the consultations, strengthen operation and management and formulate and improve relevant laws and regulations.
