单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)是一种分泌型单链蛋白质,为趋化因子家族成员之一,可通过G蛋白耦联受体途径诱导趋化性的产生,是调节单核巨噬细胞迁移及浸润的主要趋化因子之一。MCP-1参与多种疾病的细胞凋亡过程,并在凋亡机制中发挥重大作用。现就其特点、功能及与细胞凋亡性疾病的关系予以综述。
Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 (MCP-1) is a secreted single-chain protein that is a member of the chemokine family that induces chemotaxis through the G-protein coupled receptor pathway and is a regulator of mononuclear Macrophage migration and invasion of one of the major chemokines. MCP-1 is involved in the apoptotic processes of many diseases and plays a major role in the mechanism of apoptosis. Now on its characteristics, functions and the relationship with apoptosis disease are reviewed.
