分别采用CO2气体保护焊和双丝埋弧焊,在不同的焊接线能量下,对16Mn钢进行焊接,对焊接接头进行了显微组织观察和显微硬度测试。结果表明:CO2气体保护焊接头组织较均匀细小;双丝埋弧焊接头组织较粗大,在过热区出现了魏氏组织;CO2气体保护焊接头的硬度值明显较双丝埋弧焊接头的硬度值高,硬度值在热影响区出现峰值。
CO2 gas shielded welding and double-wire submerged arc welding were respectively used to weld 16Mn steel under different welding wire energies. The microstructure and microhardness of the welded joints were tested. The results show that the CO2 gas shielded welding joint is more uniform and smaller; the microstructure of the double wire submerged arc welded joint is coarser and the Wessel organization appears in the overheated zone; the hardness of the CO2 gas shielded welding joint is obviously higher than that of the double-wire submerged arc welded joint High values, hardness values in the heat-affected zone peak.
