目的分析医药分开后对医院门诊中成药使用的监测指标与结果影响。方法抽取某医院HIS系统门诊药品处方185 200张,对其中的中成药处方57 400张处方信息进行分类归纳和统计分析。结果非中医科室中成药处方费用占比超过85%,10个品种的中成药费占总中成药费的28.55%,同一处方中超过1个亚类的处方占比达27.35%,10个单价较高的中成药品种占到了总中成药的10.96%。结论加强医师中成药处方权限的管理和中医“辨证施治”的培训,将中成药使用全程管理纳入医院信息管理系统,提高中成药合理使用水平。
Objective To analyze the monitoring indicators and the impact of the use of proprietary Chinese medicines in outpatient clinics after the medicine is separated. Methods A total of 185 200 prescriptions of HIS outpatient were collected from a hospital and the prescriptions of 57 400 prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines were classified and summarized. Results The costs of prescriptions for proprietary Chinese medicines in non-TCM departments accounted for more than 85%, the costs of proprietary Chinese medicines in 10 varieties accounted for 28.55% of the total costs of proprietary Chinese medicines, and the prescriptions in more than one subclass of the same prescription accounted for 27.35% of the total. 10 units High proprietary Chinese medicines accounted for 10.96% of the total proprietary Chinese medicines. CONCLUSIONS To strengthen the administration of TCM proprietary prescriptions and the training of traditional Chinese medicine “Syndrome Differentiation and Administration”, integrate the use of proprietary Chinese medicines into the hospital information management system and improve the rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines.
