大型半自磨机的应用和有效性主要受磨机的负荷稳定性所影响。负荷充填率太高或太低都会导致不利的磨矿作业条件或更易使衬板受损。本文介绍了一种用于间接测量半自磨机负荷的新的监控系统(MONSAG系统),其原理是对电动机向量控制的电变量和过程变量进行处理,辅以典型的轴承压力测量,从而改善过程控制质量。这种方法能应用任何同步电机磨矿系统中。该方法在15000HP型半自磨机中的实际应用效果如下:与通过目测相比,使用该监控系统后磨机的处理量提高3.2%,能耗降低3.8%。
The application and effectiveness of large semi-autogenous mills are mainly influenced by the load stability of the mill. Loading loads that are too high or too low can result in unfavorable grinding conditions or make the liner more susceptible to damage. This article presents a new monitoring system (MONSAG system) for indirectly measuring the load of a semi-autogenous mill. The principle is to process the electric and process variables of the vector control of the motor, supplemented by typical bearing pressure measurements to improve Process control quality. This method can be applied to any synchronous motor grinding system. The practical application of this method in a 15000HP semi-autogenous mill is as follows: Compared with the visual inspection, the mill’s throughput increased by 3.2% and the energy consumption decreased by 3.8%.
