本文报道用高效液相层析(HPLC)完成一例Hb J Camag(u|¨)ey(α141(HC_3)Arg→Gly)的结构分析。该异常Hb为国内首例,在世界上系第二例。本文证明该变异体是不稳定血红蛋白,与文献报道不同。
This paper reports the structural analysis of one case of Hb J Camag (u | ¨) ey (α141 (HC_3) Arg → Gly) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) The abnormal Hb is the first case in the world, the second case in the world. This article proves that the variant is unstable hemoglobin, reported in the literature is different.
