与理工类专业相比,财经类专业实训教学的可操作性难度相对较大,同时需要与我国高速的经济发展和日新月异的人才需求变化相适应。针对我国居民理财需求高涨,理财人才短缺,理财实训教学模式滞后的现状,本文提出了“实训教学股票投资基金”运作模式,将封闭式基金特点与实训教学要求相结合,设计出“实训教学股票投资基金”运作方法和证券投资基金公司管理模式,并对实训教学实践进行了总结,最后对投资理财实训教学的完善和发展提出了展望。
Compared with science and engineering majors, practical training of finance and economics majors is more difficult and at the same time needs to adapt to the rapid economic development in our country and the ever-changing needs of qualified personnel. In response to the current situation of high demand for wealth management in our country, shortage of wealth management personnel and lagging behind in financial practice teaching mode, this paper puts forward a model of “teaching stock investment fund for practical training”, combines the characteristics of closed-end fund with the teaching of practical training, A “practice teaching stock investment fund” operating methods and securities investment fund company management model, and practice teaching practice was summarized, and finally put forward the prospect of improvement and development of investment and finance practice teaching.
