作为教师,我们总有这样的困惑,为什么我在课堂上讲得越多,学生忘得越多从而变得越糊涂呢?实际情况也是课堂上并不是教师讲得越多,学生学到的也越多,听得越明白,关键在于教师的讲课思路与学生的听课思路之间是否形成“通路”。我们的学生在课堂上究竟是什么思路呢?这就要课任教师在教学活动中充分关注学生原有的知识储备和经验背景,有意识地返回与学生相近的思维当中,把熟悉的(教师本来的知识储备)当作陌生的(学生现有的知识储备),设身处地的揣摩、吃透学生的实际,和学生的思维保持同频共振,让学生产生类似“我只要稍加把劲也能达到老师那样的水平”的成就感。
