中央国家机关工委是中央的派出机构,负责领导中央国家机关党的工作。中央国家机关各部门党组(党委)作为本部门的领导核心,指导机关和直属单位党组织的工作是党章规定其应当履行的一项重要任务。在党中央、国务院的领导下,推进中央国家机关党的建设,提高中央国家机关党员干部队伍素质,是工委和中央国家机关各部门党组(党委)的共同职责。如何加强工委与中央国家机关各部门党组(党委)的联系与协调,促进其进一步重视机关党建工作,更善于抓机关党建工作,形成工作合力,可谓改进和加强中央国家机关党的建设的一个重要方面。本文拟根据中央国家机关近年来的工作实践,对此作一点探讨。
