为了降低能耗,西德Agotherm公司研制了一种以可燃气体(或油)为燃料的新型坩埚熔化炉。该种炉子与一般传统的坩埚炉相比,可节省热能约35%。一、概况炉套内装一容量为250公斤的石墨坩埚,炉膛形状与坩埚外形相似,以保证炉衬与坩埚外壁间隙处处等距离(图1)。炉衬使用优质的绝热材料制成,拱形炉盖在更换坩埚时可以取下。热量由炉膛传递到坩埚壁,进而实现对炉料熔化。
In order to reduce energy consumption, West Germany Agotherm company developed a new type of crucible melting furnace with fuel gas (or oil) as fuel. This kind of stove can save about 35% of the heat energy compared with the traditional crucible furnace. I. Overview Furnace built a capacity of 250 kg of graphite crucible, hearth shape and shape of the crucible to ensure that the lining and the outer wall of the crucible at any distance (Figure 1). The lining is made of high quality insulating material and the dome lid can be removed when changing the crucible. Heat is transferred from the hearth to the crucible wall, which in turn melts the charge.
