微波测量中的基本问题是长度测量问题。本文提出一种采用计量光栅技术、微计算机技术和伺服驱动控制技术提高毫米波波异测量线测量精度和实现自动测量的新方法。测长传感器为25刻线/mm玻璃光栅尺,采用40细分线路实现1μm的测量分辨率。在对已测得的驻波场分布的数据进行计算机处理后,可自动显示、打印出关于信号和网络特性的数值结果,或绘出smith圆图。
The basic problem in microwave measurement is the length measurement problem. In this paper, a new method of using metrological grating technology, microcomputer technology and servo drive control technology to improve the measurement accuracy of millimeter wave differential measurement line and realize automatic measurement is presented. Length sensor for the 25 mark / mm glass grating, using 40 subdivision lines to achieve 1μm measurement resolution. After computer processing the measured data of the standing wave field distribution, numerical results on signal and network characteristics can be automatically displayed, printed, or smith chart plotted.
